    Lead end-to-end product design for all Evinced Mobile Products across Desktop apps (Electron), SDK reports, mobile tools (Android/iOS) and web platforms. Designed and shipped 29+ features as sole designer — spanning 15+ technically complex features requiring deep engineering collaboration, and 3 major refactoring projects restructuring existing complex flows.

    • Increased user adoption by 70% and decreased task time by 50% via restructuring a single-modal feature flow into a platform-aware wizard — measured via Pendo
    • Redesigned a hidden developer utility into a first-class dashboard feature with file validation, metadata preview and in-modal error recovery, reframing the mental model from transferring a data file to team collaboration
    • Built and maintained a token-based accessible design system ensuring implementation-ready specifications and minimising post-development accessibility rework
    • Led UX for accessibility compliance tooling covering WCAG, EAA and Section 508, collaborating with dedicated A11y experts throughout delivery
    • Built an interactive HTML prototype demonstrating an AI-powered product extension using Cursor and Figma MCP, without developer involvement, presented by the CEO at an international conference to an audience of 500

    Designed a web-based monitoring and dispatch system for EV charging stations as sole designer. Delivered 15+ new product features, improved 24+ existing workflows, and designed 9 technical integration modules. Expanded the product from engineering-only monitoring to full Support Team workflows commercially adopted by non-technical users.

    • Led discovery and design for 15+ features including Monitoring Dashboard, Fleet Registration, Firmware Updates and AI Assistant integration
    • Expanded product audience from engineering teams to commercial tenants purchasing EV stations alongside the management system
    • Designed data-heavy interfaces for real-time monitoring, operational reporting and multi-stakeholder workflows across complex EV network infrastructure
    • Bridged the gap between technical infrastructure and end-user experience by designing both operator-facing management dashboards and driver-facing mobile interfaces within the same product ecosystem
    • Conducted deep domain research into EV charging infrastructure — translating engineering complexity into intuitive interfaces for operators, support teams and non-technical commercial users
